Lismore Kart Club is a grassroots karting club in the Northern Rivers, bringing together racers, families and volunteers who love the sport.

From first-time drivers learning the basics to experienced racers chasing lap times, the club is a place to race, improve and be part of a supportive karting community.

CLUB HISTORY

Over 50 years of karting in Lismore.

Lismore Kart Club history
1970

The club begins

The Northern Rivers Kart Club was formed after the closure of the Summerland Kart Club circuit.

1979

First official circuit

The first official circuit opened, hosting major dirt track events with over 140 competitors.

1981

National titles

The club hosted the National Dirt Track Titles with around 200 competitors.

1984

Track upgrade

The track was upgraded and sealed with hotmix bitumen, marking a major milestone.

Practice at Lismore Kart Club

Track is available for practice 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

$20 Members
$40 Non-members

Please check the calendar for closures during race meetings, working bees and showground events.
